Live Support

Live support allows you to chat in real-time with a Mify team member to get immediate help with your events.

This feature is exclusively available on the Mify Event module.

To start a live chat, follow this path in the Mify Event app:

1. A chat bubble will appear at the bottom of your screen.
2. Type your message and a member of our team will respond as soon as possible.

• Speed: Get answers in minutes.
• Screen sharing: Ability to send screenshots to better explain your issue.
• Guidance: The team guides you step-by-step through your event configuration.
