Prerequisites
Just like the other features, guest management requires that you have first created an event. Make sure you have completed the birthday creation step to access this section.
Creating groups
For a birthday, groups rarely follow family lines: you group by context instead — 'School friends', 'Colleagues', 'Neighbors', 'Cousins'. Give the group the name your guest will recognize, then add its members. Nothing forces you to use a family name.
Demo & Preview Live
As soon as a group exists, 'Demo Live' shows you the guest-side result. Buying the platform unlocks 'Preview Live', which sends the invitation for real.
The RSVP ProcessPreview Live sends the invitation to the group. With the list already filled in, everyone says whether they are coming in one tap. For a birthday this is often the best way to get an answer out of friends who reply late.
Important considerations
This split by circles follows you all the way: it later drives how you build the tables and shows who actually confirmed.
FEATURE LINKING: The answers feed automatically into the 'Seating plans' section. Each group gets a single QR code, which speeds up the door when thirty friends turn up at once (see the Finalization section).
