Prerequisites
Just like the other features, guest management requires that you have first created an event. Make sure you have completed the birthday creation step to access this section.
Creating groups
Guest management starts with creating family or friend groups. While a family group is often named after the father or head of the household, this is not mandatory! You are completely free to group friends together under a custom name (e.g., 'High School Friends' or 'Colleagues'), and then add all corresponding members to it.
Demo & Preview Live
Once the group is created, you can view a 'Live Demo' to see how it looks. After purchasing the platform, you unlock the 'Live Preview' feature.
The RSVP ProcessLive Preview consists of sending the invitation to the concerned family. Since the entire list of members is already pre-filled, the family simply indicates interactively who will attend the event.

Mify's guest management system has been designed holistically to save you time on all stages of planning.
FEATURE LINKING: Guest data (who is attending, who is not) will be automatically linked to the 'Seating Plans' section that you will configure later. Furthermore, everything will be grouped into a single QR Code for the family (refer to the Finalization section).
