💌 1. Invitation QR Code
The Invitation QR code is intended to be shared with your guests before the event.
Before generating it, you can organize the display order of the modules in your invitation. However, some elements follow a fixed order to ensure a smooth experience:
- Envelope
- Welcome message
- Banner
- Other invitation modules (customizable order)
- RSVP
- End of invitation photo
Starting from the banner, you are free to choose the display order of the other modules according to your preferences.
🎨 Once this order is defined, you can select the general presentation of the invitation by choosing the default layout or one of the styles offered in Mify Event.
🪑 2. Seating Plan QR Code
The Seating Plan QR code is intended to be displayed at the entrance of the reception hall on the day of the event.
Guests simply scan it to quickly find their table or seat, making it easier for them to settle in upon arrival.
🎉 3. Guest Experience QR Code
The Guest Experience QR code is typically placed on guest tables during the reception.
By scanning it, guests can access all the interactive modules you have chosen, such as Our Story, Games, Guestbook, Gallery, Menu and other available features. They can then freely select the activities they want to participate in throughout the event.
🚀 Final Validation
After validating your purchase, the selected modules are automatically activated and the three QR codes are generated.
All you have to do is share the Invitation QR code with your guest groups before the event, and then set up the Seating Plan and Guest Experience QR codes at the reception venue on the big day.
