Invoice history

Mify allows you to view and download the complete history of your purchases and subscriptions directly from your account.

To view your invoices and purchases, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Mify account.
2. Click on your profile avatar in the top right.
3. Go to Profile > Payment
4. Scroll down to the 'Billing History' section.

The history displays everything you have purchased on the platform, including:

• Event modules: Wedding, Baptism, Birthday, etc.
• Purchase date: The exact date of the transaction.
• Amount and Currency: The price paid for each item.

For every purchase made, a confirmation and a digital invoice are automatically sent to you by email.

If you do not receive your confirmation emails, remember to check your 'Junk' folder (Spam) or contact our support.
