Guest management — Baptism invitation

Prerequisites

Just like the other features, guest management requires that you have first created an event. Make sure you have completed the baptism creation step to access this section.

Creating groups

Guest management for a baptism is almost always organized by household: the godfather's family, the godmother's, the maternal grandparents, the paternal grandparents. Name each group the way the family names itself, then add all its members. A group can hold both the adults and the children who come with them.

Demo & Preview Live

As soon as a household is registered, 'Demo Live' shows you what that family will receive on their phone. Buying the platform then unlocks 'Preview Live', which actually sends the invitation.

The RSVP ProcessPreview Live sends the invitation to the household concerned. Since the member list is already filled in, the family only has to tick who will attend the ceremony and who will stay home — useful when several generations answer in a single message.

Working by household saves you time all the way down the line: what you enter here feeds straight into the following steps.

FEATURE LINKING: The answers (who is coming, who is not) feed automatically into the 'Seating plans' section you will set up later. Each household then receives a single QR code for the whole family, which spares everyone hunting for one ticket per person at the door (see the Finalization section).
