Prerequisites
Before you can use this module, you must first have created your event. Once the event is set up, this section will unlock automatically.
Seating Plan Module
The Seating Plan module allows you to easily organize the distribution of your guests for your event.
To get started, you need to generate the guest list. This is displayed in the right sidebar of the interface. Two methods are possible:
📄 Option 1: CSV Upload
You can import a properly structured CSV file. It can contain either two columns (First Name and Last Name), or a single column (Full Name). This list will then be used to build your seating plan.
🔄 Option 2: Mify Synchronization (RSVP)
If you use the RSVP module, the list of guests who have confirmed their attendance is automatically retrieved and displayed in the right sidebar. It is updated based on the guests' responses.
⚠️ Important: these two methods cannot be used at the same time. You must choose between CSV import or RSVP synchronization.
Usage logic with the RSVP
If you use the RSVP module, you must wait until your guests have confirmed their attendance before creating your seating plan. This ensures that the distribution is based solely on the people actually attending.
If you already have the complete and confirmed guest list, you may choose not to use the RSVP and directly import a CSV file into the Seating Plan module. In this case, the RSVP becomes useless and can be deactivated.
Creating the seating plan
Once the list is loaded, you can start designing on the main area. You have the ability to:
- choose the shape of the tables (round, rectangular, etc.)
- define the number of seats per table
- organize the guests by drag and drop from the sidebar list
The system automatically updates the number of remaining seats in real time to help you organize your seating plan precisely and fluidly.
Finally, you can use the Preview Demo button to visualize the final rendering of your seating plan before validation.
