Prerequisites
Access to creating the Gallery requires the prior configuration of your baptism event. Make sure you have completed the event creation step.
Google Drive setup
The photos and videos taken on the day of the baptism are stored in your own Google Drive. The family shots stay with you, not with us. To set this up:
Connection and FolderConnect your Google Drive account from the app, then click the button that creates the dedicated folder. Everything the family sends that day files itself there.
Storage limits
Once connected, the app shows the space available. Set your limits before the day of the ceremony:
Gigabyte AllocationSplit the gigabytes between photos and videos. At a baptism the photo share is usually plenty: guests take many pictures but film little. Past the limit, uploads stop automatically.
Interactive gallery
On the baptism day, the Gallery transforms into a private social network for your guests! You can use the 'Preview Demo' button during configuration to discover the final interface.
LIVE INTERACTIONS: Guests take pictures and upload them, others look and react with the 'Love it' button. The most-liked shots rise into the 'Featured' section — usually the portraits of the child with the godparents.
