Prerequisites
Access to creating the Gallery requires the prior configuration of your birthday event. Make sure you have completed the event creation step.
Google Drive setup
All photos and videos taken on the big day will be safely stored directly in your personal Google Drive space. To configure this:
Connection and FolderConnect your Google Drive account from the app. Once connected, click the button to automatically create a dedicated folder that will host all the memories of your event.
Storage limits
After connection, the app will display your available memory allocation. You need to configure your limits to ensure a smooth experience for your guests:
Gigabyte AllocationDefine how many Gigabytes (GB) you want to allocate specifically for photos, and how much for videos. The system will automatically block new uploads from guests once this configuration limit is reached.
Interactive gallery
On the birthday day, the Gallery transforms into a private social network for your guests! You can use the 'Preview Demo' button during configuration to discover the final interface.
LIVE INTERACTIONS: Guests can take and upload photos, while others can view them and react with an interactive 'Like' button. The photos receiving the most 'Likes' will automatically be highlighted in the 'Featured' section!
