Prerequisites
Access to creating the Gallery requires the prior configuration of your birthday event. Make sure you have completed the event creation step.
Google Drive setup
The photos and videos from the party land in your own Google Drive, not on our servers. You keep control of whatever your friends shot during the evening. To set this up:
Connection and FolderConnect your Google Drive account from the app, then create the dedicated folder in one click. Guest uploads land there as they come, so you have nothing to sort out the next morning.
Storage limits
Once connected, the app shows your available space. Set the limits before the doors open — an evening produces far more video than you would expect.
Gigabyte AllocationSplit the gigabytes between photos and videos. Be generous on the video side: at a birthday, guests film the speeches and the cake. Once the limit is reached, uploads stop automatically.
Interactive gallery
On the birthday day, the Gallery transforms into a private social network for your guests! You can use the 'Preview Demo' button during configuration to discover the final interface.
LIVE INTERACTIONS: Guests upload their photos, others browse and react with the 'Love it' button. The most popular move into the 'Featured' section, which is usually enough to start a friendly competition.
